Casa Chroma

This Spanish bungalow gets a colorful facelift in Los Angeles! We worked closely with the homeowners to transform their home into a modern and luxurious retreat. We took inspiration from the beautiful natural surroundings of the Kailua-Kona area and incorporated elements of the island into the design. One of the main goals of this project was to create a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor spaces. We accomplished this by using natural materials such as wood and stone, as well as incorporating large sliding doors that open up to the expansive outdoor living areas. The design is centered around the open-concept living space, which features a custom kitchen, dining area, and living room with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also completely renovated with a modern and sophisticated aesthetic. We absolutely love the custom-designed pool and outdoor living area, which includes a BBQ station and lounge seating for entertaining guests. The outdoor space truly captures the essence of the Hawaiian lifestyle, with a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury.
